How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 days unless otherwise stated under each product. If you order products in ready for immediate shipping as well as preorder, your whole order will be shipped once the preorder products arrive. If you want the orders delivered separately, please process 2 seperate orders, 1x with the in stock products and 1x with the preorder products. Please contact our support team via our contact page for further enquiries.
Express Delivery within Australia typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Standard delivery ranges from 8-14 business days upon being shipped. This excludes all sale and holiday periods.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
Are your peptides tested?

For maximum stability and longevity, peptides should be stored as follows:

Store in a cool, dry place. For long‑term storage, refrigerate (2–8 °C) or freeze (–20 °C). -
After reconstitution:
Refrigerate (2–8 °C) and use within recommended timeframe. - Handling tips: Follow lab protocols closely.

Do you offer returns?
At this time, we do not provide a return address for sending products back.
This policy is in place for two important reasons:

Please be aware that the situations below are not eligible for a reship or refund:

If the product is functioning as described and delivered in good condition, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund.
